The Moist Heatpack should be initially heated for 1-minute, and then touch tested, if additional heat is required then this should be done in 15-second increments until the desired heat is achieved.
To avoid injury, the Moist Heatpack should not be applied for longer than 30-minutes during any 2-hour period.
